It’s very liquid and doesn’t offer much if any coverage. I’m not even a fan of how it feels on my skin. I wish I could return it but I missed the window. Much prefer the SkinMedica defense tinted mineral sunscreen.

I wanted to really like this product, but after trying it a couple of times it just did not work with the makeup I wear which is just basically a little MAC concealer and loose powder. It seemed to want to pill no matter what I did. It is very runny like some other people have mentioned, but that didn't bother me. It made my face very shiny without any powder to tone it down. I ended up returning it. This is the first SkinCeuticals product I have tried that I did not like.

I selected this product due to the high number of positive reviews, and I was optimistic that it would become my new go-to, daily face sunscreen. Normally I use another product by a medical grade competitor brand, but I wanted something that was water resistant and higher SPF for summer. Although I like the formulation, such as the texture, consistency, and tinted color (and give 2 stars for that!), it was too dry for my parched skin after a few hours and reapplication looked like a hot mess. It’s too bad because it dries down very nicely and has an elegant cosmetic finish. Really wish it had worked for me, but it’s not a good fit. I use Retin A at night so hydration during the day is key, even in hot and humid weather. This would be great for anyone with normal to oily skin, but my dry skin friends should avoid it. It cracked and made my skin flaky and patchy, which doesn’t happen when I use the competitor brand product. Too bad!

Messy and drying: It is a messy product to use! After shaking it up (before use) there is a liquid product mess around the cap and top of the bottle when I remove the cap. It is not only messy, but it wastes product. This is a thin chalky liquid product which dries my skin out too much. That, combined with being a messy product to use. I won’t order this again.

It was just very drying on my skin and it just made my skin look older. Also my dermatologist recommends Zinc to be close to 20% and this also contains silicones which I will not use on my skin so it's back to Juice sunscreen for me. I did return this product - I think if the chemicals don't bother your skin or your skin is very oily this could be ok.

I bought this after I decided I was going to pause on K beauty SPFs while they finish up lab testing and wanted something that I knew would be true SPF 50. This is indeed SPF 50 but leaves a white cast on my medium dark complexion. It’s purple basically on my skin at first and at the end of the day it’s still a white cast.
