It is suggested that you use every other day at in the beginning to get used to the 1.0 strength, I agree. Or apply your moisturizer then the retinol. Retinol being a long game difficult to review based on the long term results. Used this 1.0 strength after getting my skin used to nightly use with 0.5 strength, and 0.3 before that. I like that there are three distinct strengths within the retinol line to slowly increase. This 1.0 got me to prescription tretinoin so I’m glad for that.
