Loved the samples of this serum so I ordered a full size. The product is great but the pump didn’t work on the bottle so I have to open the top and tap it upside down to get product. Messy and wasteful. Hoping this was just a one time issue as the product is expensive!

I have used this product for over a month and have alternated with another hyaluronic product that I had bought previously. The Skin Medica HA5 outperforms the other product and doesn't leave pilling of product on my face.
