This cream is a lot of bang for the buck. It contains human fibroblast conditioned media which is one of the ingredients in some of the serums in SkinMedica product line. I like this cream for post procedure laser and for extreme dry conditions. This cream is an essential for ski season to help skin recover from extreme wind, cold, and heater/fireplace heat.
