This is pretty good eye cream. Using it I have noticed: slight brightening effect immediately upon application, lashes appear a bit glossier and softer, and smoother overall eye appearance. Nothing terribly dramatic but am ok with results considering the low cost. Use a small amount or it will pill under sunscreen and makeup.
