But sometimes this mineral water make my skin more sensitive and red a little bit.

It's ok
I'm not sure about Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, it's ok. I have sensitive, oily skin and I did find myself a little itchy a couple of times after using it. I will not buy it again.
