Finally, hydroquinone!
This ingredient has a bad reputation now that its stronger version has been blackballed by the FDA. Personally, I've had marvelous results with 2% hydroquinone. A dark and apparently permanent splotch on my temple has completely disappeared from using a hydroquinone product several years ago - and it has NEVER returned. I had no side effects. But hydroquinone has disappeared from nearly every product since the CARES ACT of March 27, 2020, which only banned this ingredient in greater than 2% strength. Yet hydroquinone completely vanished almost everywhere. Until now. I was thrilled to discover this product on LovelySkin. I have had to try lots of other splotch lighteners but none compare to hydroquinone. Very pleased to be able to purchase this here.
