Great Sunscreen

I walk in the morning most days and live in a very sunny climate. I roll out of bed and apply this directly on my face, neck and upper chest that may be exposed to the sun. I have a rigorous night time skin care regime so I do my morning face routine after I return from my walk and wash the sunscreen of. I reapply if I plan on going out in the sun again. A little bit goes a long way and the tint works for me.

Fantastic sunscreen

I love all things skinceuticals, and I had to try this matte sunscreen for my trip. We just got back and I like this SO much better than the other version. I always looked like an oil slick with that one, but the matte version is almost like a light make-up. It lasted all day in the sun and I am very fair. The only thing is that at the end of the week, I did get a break out of acne on my chin. My skin is really sensitive and I’m not sure if it was this, or just the change in climate, water, etc.

Go to summer defense

This is an absolute must for summer months. I have had very difficult to treat melasma for years but started using this in conjunction with their discoloration defense and have seen so much improvement. I live in a super sunny climate and this has helped protect my skin from sun exposure that has always worsened my melasma during summer months. It also has a great matte and tinted finish so works as an alternative to foundation. Highly recommend.

Sad this didn't work for me.

I like skinceuticals products, but am not a fan of the way this goes onto my skin. It goes on OK initially, but as it gets spread around, it rolls up into little balls all over my face. The more I try to wipe them off, the more are created. I am also not a fan of the silicon feel on my skin.

Bad Color & Pills

This is one of the worst mineral sunscreens I've ever tried -- and I've tried many. It is way too dark for fair skin. They need to make a variety of colors. Worst of all, it pills up or balls up after upon application. I have tried this over moisturizer and under, and it always pills up. I also broke out in some acne-like bumps from it.
