The only reason I give this product only four stars is the same with most self tanners it's a challenge to make sure you've applied it evenly. I love that it is towelettes and especially that it is the least odorous of any self tanner I've used. I have fair to medium skin tone so the Half Body Classic is my choice. I've tried the Plus but found that it wasn't a natural color tan for me, but someone with medium to darker skin would be fine, I think. I learned to have a damp bath cloth handy and after application to lightly blot my ankles, knees and elbows to prevent deeper staining than the rest of my skin. Then wash your hands, especially your palms with soap for a more natural look. The color lasts for several days, but I typically reapply every third or fourth day to keep my color.

Ive been using Tan Towels for years. I dont want to have a deep tan, but just want a little extra color. I use the Fair to Medium color, which gives me that little bit of glow, when Im looking too pale. Its easy to use, and for me, never streaks. After using it still folded as it comes in the packet, I then open it up and apply the towlette over where I have already applied it when folded and more concentrated. This I believe, helps prevent any streaks.
