Life Changing for me

My dermatologist recommended the Z-Bar and the Vanicream line of products to me and I Love all that I’ve tried. My complaint would be that mid-year last year 2022 I have not been able to get the Z-Bar anyplace! PLEASE PLEASE don’t stop carrying this product!

Best Zinc Bar for Sensitive Skin

The Vanicream Zinc Bar doesn't have additives that contribute to skin sensitivities. It clears up and prevents acne and redness. I use this bar as a mask, too. I won't cleanse with anything else.

I'm not sure if it's meant to exfoliate but it seems like it does because it leaves my skin soft and texture free. It's extremely expensive though. I have to take it out of the shower every time to preserve it. I think half the price would be much more reasonable.

Life Changing Soap

I bought the Vanicream Z-Bar per my dermatologist's recommendation and it was truly life-changing. I have facial dermatitis and for 20 years I would get frequent flare-ups that had to be treated with a steroidal cream. She told me to use this soap and I should see better results and not have to use the cream as often since it is not a good idea to use it on a regular basis over a long period of time. I started using the soap a year ago and I don't get the flare-ups any longer. I use it daily in the shower and leave it on for a few minutes. The best thing is using it daily I've only used two bars in a year! My face feels great and I only use the cream very seldom. My dermatologist was surprised to see and hear about the vast improvement. If you have facial dermatitis you should definitely use this soap and see what good results you'll get.

If you suffer from dermatitis or dandruff, then I would definitely give this a try! It's an adequate zinc soap that can help ease some of the issues that come along with the above mentioned conditions. It turns out, my issue was an allergy to sulfates, so I eliminated those from my shampoo and face wash and that did the trick! I believe this did help a little as it does have some antibacterial properties to it!

Helped my seborrheic dermatitis

I've been dealing with scaly, red patches around my nose and on my upper lip. My new dermatologist finally gave me the correct diagnosis (seborrheic dermatitis) and prescribed ketoconazole cream to treat it and recommended Z-bar.
