The Clay Masque/Pigment Peel you will receive at aesthetica day spa is a series of peels that begins
with a gentle cleansing, followed by an application of our unique AFA micro-exfoliating masque, and finally an AFA gel peel.
This process improves the clarity of the skin and diminishes age spots and uneven pigmentation by removing the uppermost
layer of skin cells. The overall effect is a more even tone to your complexion, revealing a younger, healthier you!
Clay Masque Peels are safe to use on all skin colors and types.
Chemical Peels are best done as a series to achieve maximum results. These peels begin with a very deep
exfoliation of the skin and application of either glycolic acid or AFA (amino fruit acid) to the skin. Both of our chemical
peels are safe to use on all skin colors and types.
Microdermabrasion (DermaPeel) is a superficial, non-invasive skin polishing that combats the outward signs
of aging skin. This unique skin rejuvenation process uses microscopic crystals to gently exfoliate skin and restore smoothness
and softness. The DermaPeel takes only minutes to perform. It's called the 'lunchtime peel' because it can be performed over
the lunch hour and you can put your make-up on and go back to work right away. It actually takes only about 10 minutes and
then a soothing mask is placed on your face and you relax to end the experience with the pampering you deserve. Enhance your
skin's appearance through a course of weekly sessions that efficiently and gently produce satisfying results in as little as
20 minutes. Microdermabrasion is safe to use on all skin colors and types.
All of these treatments are very effective therapies which minimize the appearance of fine lines, remove pigmentation from
sun spots, freckles and melasma (mask of pregnancy), and help clear acne while reducing the appearance of acne scarring.
Some patients find they achieve better results when they combine and alternate these treatments. Our estheticians can advise
you on what is best for your particular skin type.
Allow at least one hour for your first treatment and 30 minutes for subsequent appointments. For all our clients' sake, we do
not allow children to accompany you to your appointment.
