Halloween Makeup - Spider Queen

Watch this step-by-step makeup tutorial and learn how to turn yourself into the Spider Queen this Halloween.

Halloween How-to: Spider Queen

Video Summary

Spiders may give some people the heebie-jeebies, but this spider queen makeup tutorial will give you a perfect cute and easy last minute costume for Halloween.

After you’ve applied your base and your blush, apply a lid primer to your eyes. Use a white eye pencil and draw a thick line in your lid crease.

Using a shimmery silver, cover the white eyeliner by gently patting in the pigment.

Next, use a black eyeshadow to cover the lower part of the lid and gently blend into the crease.

Using a black liquid eyeliner, draw 6 to 9 vertical lines, starting from your crease and going out to your brow bone. For precision, wipe off the liquid eyeliner after each swipe. Once this is done, connect the lines with the eyeliner to create the look of a web.

Next, line your eyes with the black eyeliner and finish with a few coats of your favorite black mascara.

Apply a neutral color and a high-shine gloss to your lips. To be extra spooky, apply a matte black lipstick.

Finish your look with a few spiderwebs in your hair and a little black dress. There’ll be no questions about who is the spider queen in your neighborhood.
