I’ve been using this for awhile now and love it! I’ve always had a terrible time finding any moisture cream that doesn’t make my face erupt in breakouts. I got this one as a sample - loved it and have been using it ever since. It has a little bit of a scent but is very clean smelling and after it’s on I don’t smell anything.

I was using a much more expensive product on my ultra-dry, flaking skin. Trying to budget a little better, I decided to give this chance. I am so glad I did. I rub it on while my skin is still damp, and it is really doing a fabulous job. Some products feel greasy if they are this rich. Not this. It absorbs right in and keeps me from feeling itchy and dry all day.

I prefer a mineral sunscreen but many times they are hard to apply and blend into your skin. This was very easy to apply and any white cast faded quickly. I will definitely buy again … more

I had a very irritated rash pop up on my face within hours of applying this spray. I'm not allergic to any ingredient in this, so I can only conclude it was too drying and therefore irritating to my skin. I've been dealing with dryness and a rash on and off ever since, for 1.5 weeks now. This is meant for moist wounds and macerated areas. I have a lot of contact dermatitis allergies and this Avene Cicalfate product was the only one safe for me. I know others can use this without problems but for me it was way too drying for the face.

The spray is refreshing. The cleanser is smooth, washes off easily, and doesn't leave skin feeling tight or dry. The protective cream is on the thick side and does stay a little tacky. It goes on with a white cast that lightens up to a shine. The sunscreen settles with too much shine for my needs, but is a smooth application. I used this to treat my face when I had some irritation (red, irritated, dry patches) and it helped with recovery. I did find that the recovery cream couldn't fully replace as a moisturizer and had to put a light moisturizer on before the recovery cream. I am not completely confident this will be my always-go-to if I get another irritation event, but can see how it could be a wonderful product routine for others or even an introduction to the different products available.
