I receive LED light at the end of my in office facial treatments (hydrafacial, microneedling and cosmetic acupuncture) and decided to purchase this model for at home use. I use it most days of the week and find it convenient to fit into my skin care routine. I thoroughly charged it upon receiving. I lay down on my bed and just relax for the three minute period. I use the mask on a clean face and typically use both blue and red at the same time. I look forward to the 3 minutes of me time. After my treatment, I wipe the part that touches the face with an alcohol wipe and then a damp washcloth to remove any alcohol residue. I usually rinse off my face afterward and proceed with skincare. I've noticed a definite reduction in breakouts and in general my skin looks/feels better. I'm a 44 y/o female and I view this as a subtle enhancement to my overall skin care, and also something that I look forward to doing and find it relaxing. I also swear that it makes the tiny hairs on my face grow more quickly, which is not desired but something I can address through hair removal.

I like how this is made so that you can grip it with your teeth and still operate hands free — doing things during the few minutes it takes to work. Honestly, I have had this for about a year and haven’t noticed a lot of change to my lips. Having said that, I don’t have a lot of lip lines anyway, so hopefully this will prevent them. If I do get noticeable lip lines, I would have them filled with dermal filler. Hopefully with this device, I will not need fillers.

I've been using LED lights for a while now and like them. Subtle, but definite results when used consistently. I decided to get this particular one to use when I'm in a rush and when I want to cover a wider area. It is quite stiff, so it's hard to get really flat, even when using on the chest. I find that I have to hold it down to get it close to my skin. I also feel that my other red lights (brands that also make professional red lights for medical offices) seem to have more LED lights and may be slightly better made/more effective. That said, this one is great in that it has a 3-minute and 14 minutes timer as well as a blue light option for acne. I like it, but I don't think I love it ass much as my other ones. I'm also a bit concerned about the longevity...I've read some reviews that claim that this brand doesn't last as long and that the customer service isn't great, but I have not had an issue as of yet. I'd probably give it 3.75 stars if I could.
