I decided to try skin medica because of other great reviews and I see this brand is sold in many cosmetic surgeons and dermatologist offices. I'm very impressed by this cream. I've also started using it on my arms, the crepey skin is coming on and this cream makes a nice difference! It's not a permanent fix but I'm not self conscious wearing short sleeve tops anymore. I've been using it daily on my face, neck and arms. Wonderful difference! I'll definitely keep purchasing.
