Clinic Operations Lead

In this role you will:
This role will support our clinic leadership with the operations and marketing for our award winning Dermatology clinic. This position will require the ability to pivot, manage time and meet deadlines.
- Responsible for monitoring the clinic's online presence by reviewing patient feedback and reviews across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and social media.
- Ensure compliance with Methodist Health Partner requirements by conducting and documenting monthly queries of all clinic staff in the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and System for Award Management (SAM) databases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical representatives and vendors, fostering relationships between clinic staff and companies. Coordinate meetings and engagements, ensuring smooth scheduling and execution
- Partner with clinic director in the oversight of the clinic's purchasing program. Manage purchasing needs for medical, nursing, aesthetic, administrative, research, and medical spa staff across multiple vendors
- Assist with the clinic’s marketing efforts across several lines of effort. Work closely with the clinic director, CEO, and marketing team to establish marketing goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with clinic objectives
- Complete various departmental projects as assigned, ensuring projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner with minimal to no supervision.
Compensation: $38,000-48,000 (Dependent on Experience) plus Bonus Eligible
Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Salaried Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 9-5, Fridays 9-2
What you bring to the table:
- Associate’s degree with applicable work experience or Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of Administrative related work experience, clinic or healthcare experience preferred
- Basic understanding of HIPPA regulations
- Quick thinker with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude, effective communication and highly developed organizational skills, both with members of the clinic team and with our patients/clients
- Familiar with standard business concepts, practices & procedures within administrative support.
