This is a very effective eye makeup remover that doesn’t sting or irritate my eyes at all. It is a thin gel in consistency and easily removes mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow. I can’t comment on how it works with waterproof makeup because I don’t wear that but it’s great for my makeup.
