Like all Dr.Hauschka skin care products, Daily Hydrating Eye Cream uses natural extracts and antioxidants to provide visible results. This anti-aging eye cream contains pineapple, marsh mallow and calendula extracts to revitalize skin and smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Rose distillate and a blend of avocado, macadamia nut and sea buckthorn oils work together to nourish, tone and soothe your skin. These hydrating ingredients also provide an extra dose of moisture to plump the thinning skin around your eyes. This cream does not have synthetic preservatives, fragrances or dyes, so it is safe for sensitive skin and those who wear contact lenses.

Another eye cream disappointment

Heard about this eye cream on Facebook and had high hopes. However after several attempts applying it I found it pilled. Applied the eye cream as the first step, let's set a minute or two, then applied my concealer. Am I missing another step? Dr hauschka's eye cream pilled every time. Very much a waste of my money! This is a lightweight cream that has no scent. It’s very gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation but it’s not a HG item for me. I do like the line of products as I am always in the market for clean and effective skin care but I’m not convinced this is the right product for my aging eyes. I’m still on the search for my HG eye cream.

For me, it’s not just about a fantastic product, it must come in the right package. Even though we’ve all learned how to wash our hands, it’s never a good idea to repeatedly stick your finger into a container to apply the product to your face, and especially your eyes. Every time you stick your finger into a product, you were introducing bacteria to that product. Dr. Hauschka‘s daily hydrating eye cream comes in the perfect little tube. There is not one scintilla of product that is wasted because the tube is such that every morsel is able to squeeze out.
