This gentle cleansing shampoo is well-tolerated and pleasant to use even on the most fragile scalps. Kertyol P.S.O. Shampoo may be used alone or in association with specific dermatological treatments related to dry scalp. Kertyol P.S.O. Shampoo is specifically formulated with a proprietary blend of ingredients, including Ichthyol®, to calm and soothe scaly, irritated scalps. Scaly conditions on the scalp are often associated with excessively rapid epidermal cell renewal. Brilliant

Does the trick for horrible hard itchy scales. Only one that does. I think its the shale oil and ichthyol.

Disappointing smell

I love the Glytone product line and was very excited when they announced this new hair care line. While the shampoo did treat my itchy scalp well, the smell was so unpleasant I couldnt use the product. This left my hair smelling like burnt tar, and I couldnt wear my hair down without other people noticing the bad smell also.
