Although this supplement worked wonders for clearing up my skin! It also caused me dehydration in which I had to constantly drink lots of water. I felt it effected my bladder negatively. So, I had to stop taking it. I’m sure that this side effect will not occur to anyone else and do highly recommend it to others who are dealing with skin breakouts!

Intense but it works

The dosage is 2 pills twice daily. The first time I took this, I worked my way up to taking 1 pill twice daily. I had clear skin and I got results in weeks! Unfortunately, I think I took too much and had an allergic reaction. My eyes swelled up. I stopped talking the pill and then came back to into after many failed attempts to clear my acne. This time, I take this pill once every 3 days and my skin looks amazing! Scars cleared up and my acne has stayed away. I would recommend this product but I wouldn’t take the recommend dosage.

I wanted the youth collagen builder but it’s been discontinued. Tried this one out and haven’t seen much of a difference now. Within a week or two into taking them there was one day that I broke out in hives (niacin flush) from it...so I’ve just been taking two every other day now and no reaction.
