I used this product on my nose after having a skin graft with stitches. This item is Expensive but little bit goes a long way. It is not greasy, definitely helps with keeping the area moist and has helped fade the scar. This item worked better for me than the silicone sheets.

Does not disappoint

Having had a spat with my trichotillomania (hooray), I had a severe need to keep my skin protected while it healed. For over three months I followed my prescribed regimen--which included this silicone gel. I went from the most painful and embarrassing facial dermatology crisis to skin that is healthy (looking and in actuality), enough to be eligible for light laser resurfacing to remove the residual redness from my episode. Scars disappear

If you are really good about using this product on a daily basis for a few months, scars will almost disappear. It goes on very easily and you can't even see it on the skin. You just have to remember to reapply after swimming or sweating. I have used it for a few months and you really have to look to see any traces of a scar. It took a very red and uneven scar and make it flat and took all redness away. I wish I had the product sooner had I known about it.

Favorite silicone gel

I had Mohs surgery on the side of my face earlier this year. The doctor recommended applying silicone gel daily to the scar. I tested out several silicone gels, but this one is my favorite. It dries quickly and doesn't have a tackiness to it like the others. I highly recommend this product!

Velvety smooth

A very interesting product. It feels soft between your fingers Not at all sticky. It dries to a nice smooth finish offering a most acceptable base for beneath my makeup. I had a long scar from forehead, down side of nose, across nose and inward toward my eye. A formidable scar that has disappeared on my nose and seems to filling in really well at my forehead. I used gel strips initially and now this. My friends and family are amazed at the change. My suggestion- first, avoid the sun, use more sunscreen than you think and if you find yourself in my position, get this product and use religiously. Your appearance will be remarkably improved. The Frankenstein scar I had is now just a memory.
