Noble bar soap

My husband did not care for this. His dermatologist gave him a bar of “soap” with zinc that was fantastic for his skin. Unfortunately that “soap” was on major back order here and everywhere else. I thought this might be a good substitute but it was not. It left him feeling slimy, and made a gooey mess in the shower. We found another soapless soap with the zinc in it that he really likes.

Skin Saver but Sink Clogger

I've been waiting for Vanicream-Z bar to come back into stock but the skin on my hands was breaking down. So, on the advice of a very helpful customer service agent, I purchased the Noble Formula soap. It successfully stopped my skin from cracking, for which I was very grateful! However, it has wreaked havoc with my bathroom plumbing. It's like pouring grease down the drain. (It's made w/ emu oil.) Therefore, I can hardly wait until my regular soap comes back into stock!

Dermatologist recommended for me

I had a lot of stress acne (all over my face) and bought many brands that had all these chemicals like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Then I got a consultation with a dermatologist and she told me to stop using all of those products that had those harsh chemicals because it was just irritating my skin and was not helping my skin. She instead told me to use natural soap bars like this one and so I did. And I have cleared my whole face, I get one or two pimples every so often and then it’s gone by like the second day. I wash my face morning and night. Also, the bar, also does not over-dry my face, I have a combination, oily in the t-zone especially but never had excessive oil with this bar of soap and never has it been excessively drying my skin either. (By excessively drying I mean my skin does not look/ feel ashy or peeling)

Soap on my face? Best thing ever

I never thought I'd go back to using soap on my face, but zinc pyrithione is amazing. Nothing breaks up those hard little folliculitis bumps like this stuff (and I've tried the lot!) It loves to kill fungus. Incredibly expensive, over $30 Australian for ONE BAR OF SOAP, but at least it doesn't disappoint.

Okay but not that great

I thought since this was an oatmeal bar that it was going to be really calming for my skin but i used it while my eczema was at its worst and it did not help at all. I rubbed it on my hands and then continued to lather with just my hands and no wash cloth and it was very irritating for my skin.

I've been using this for years to cleanse my face. I have seborrheic dermatitis and this soap minimizes flare ups. I can go 6-9 months without symptoms using Noble soap without needing Rx of Ketoconazole. When I do get flare ups, I continue using this soap to cleanse my face before I apply my topical Rx. I keep the soap on my face for 3-5 minutes before rinsing to give time for the antifungal to work.
