Menthol smell

There is a menthol smell and cooling sensation when you apply this product. You have to wash your hands really good after applying because if you put a product on near your eyes it will burn. Not sure if it really makes a difference with pore size.

Beware of the menthol

I bought this along with the cleanser for my teenage daughter. I didn’t realize the menthol would be so harsh. I initially thought that perhaps the two were too strong for her youthful skin, however I used the pore therapy and 20 minutes later my skin is still on fire. I use a nightly wipe which includes 2% salicylic acid with no issues. Beware!!

Promising Pore Improvement

I haven’t been using this very long so I am not sure how long before you get maximum benefit. I will say I have used Obagi products in the past with great results. I began noticing that even the thinnest foundation was showing up in more pores as the day went on. This was the first product I saw from a proven line so decided to try. I have noticed the blackheads on my nose have decreased. The pores on my cheeks don’t seem to be as obvious in the morning or as the day goes on. I am using it only once a day as my “mature” skin tends to be drier than my younger oily skin. The bottle is large and was a good value. Great Product for 50+ Skin

I have an issue with larger pores on my nose and nothing seemed to help. My esthetician suggested I try clenziderm pore therapy because another customer my age had great results using it only twice a week. I have used it for a few weeks and the pore size on my nose has improved significantly. Just a quick note though, it will clear up any hidden issues, so I did have a small breakout in two spots, but they have resolved and I'll keep using this product to keep my skin looking smoother.
