It’s clear, gel like, and goes on smooth. It doesn’t leave your skin oily. It’s ok for me. Combination and sensitive skin type. However, I’m staying with my Epionce products .
Did not moisturize enough
Having used the serum for a while, I found it did little to moisturize my face. I've found more well-priced hyaluronic acid serums that do a better job. And I say this as a Revision Skincare fan. I wish it worked for me but glad it's working for others.
Wanted to love
I really wanted to love this product, but it just didn’t happen. It helps with the dry skin when used under a moisturizer but I found my self breaking out from it. The con just wasn’t enough to enjoy the benefits. Of course, it did do what it’s supposed to hence the 3 stars.
I’m a big fan of this brand but not impressed with this hydrating serum. Almost finished the bottle and I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin or its moisture level.
Revision Hydrating Serum
I used this after a peel, seems to be fine, but I dont find it very hydrating, you must have moisturizer on top to keep from drying out. I prefer SkinMedica Hydrating serum, it does seem to boost my moisturizer more, but I would recommend Revisions product for the better price and it isnt a bad product.
Product is for Oily skin
I received a sample of this with other product that I ordered. According to a pamphlet included in my product, it lists the hydrating serum under "products recommended for oily skin" I have sensitive and slightly dry and it was not listed with products recommended for me. For those of you with drier skin it is probably not right for you.
I have to agree with another reviewer in that the gel seems more drying than hydrating. It is pretty noticeable. I am not sure I am going to finish using the product. I might save it for summer. My skin is pretty dry given the harsh winter, and I dont feel like this product is helping.
