I have been using NeuBrow for a long time with excellent results. My most recent order arrived with a new applicator brush shaped like a mascara spiral brush. It does not apply the brow serum at all. I am returning the product today. Unless the applicator is returned to original form NeuBrow has lost this customer!

Unfortunately, I had an immediate allergic reaction to this brow serum, as well as the lash serum from the same brand. It stung and made my skin red and irritated. It’s still red and irritated the day after using it. I’ve used other lash and brow serums without any reaction. Will need to return this.

I have very thin brows and know this is a respected product so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, for me the applicator brush is too deep to deposit serum on my brows. I have to apply multiple times using a magnifying mirror to try to detect if any serum is being deposited and then I am not sure. I am going to repurchase the growth serum I was using.

I purchased this brow serum based on some of the Reviews I read. And to say the least, I am very disappointed with this product. I felt like I was brushing my eyebrows with a totally dry brush night after night, there never ever seemed to be any product on the brush that I was using. Maybe other people purchased this and had some serum or product in the wand, but mine appeared empty. Needless to say, all the ground I had gained from a previous product was lost within a matter of weeks of using this product. So sad! Very very disappointing product.

suddenly it's not good anymore
I have been using NeuLash and NeuBrow since the products were introduced and stood with them for at least ten years if not more. When I received my latest order, however, I noticed that things had changed. Both of the cases are smaller and lighter. Both contain, according to the labeling information, exactly half of the serum as the one I received before--although the price remains as high as it's ever been. In addition to the casing change, they have redesigned the brush for the NeuBrow--and I don't even feel the serum on the brush or on my brow. Is this a hoax, suddenly? The price is significant--higher than most of these products but I've stuck with them all these years because the products have worked so well. I think I want my money back and am very saddened by what the company has done to a perfectly good product.
