I have been using this product for a long time and I really like it. However! I am wondering what they were thinking when they changed the application brush. I am not even sure there is anything in that tube!

I hate the applicator which looks like a mascara applicator. There is no way to apply the serum with any precision so I just slop it on and hope for the best. No dramatic results yet but I would not purchase again. Also the container is tiny (even compared to other eyebrow/eyelash serums). I will go back to Grande which has given me good results in the past for both my eyebrows and eyelashes.

I've been using this serum once a night for three months and I haven't noticed any new growth or fullness with my eyebrows. It's easy to apply, no run off, but I'm not sure I purchase again just because it didn't seem to work for me.

I purchased this product a little over 3 wks ago. When I began using it, I noticed that the brush seemed almost dry so I swirled it around, and then the brush seemed slightly less dry. After 2 weeks I called customer service to ask if this was normal. I was told that yes it was normal because of the new formula and the use of peptides. I thought "Okay, what do I know?" We are now nearing week 4 ( I was told 4-6 weeks before seeing any results) and my brows have not changed one iota. I will go back to the old formula, which is sold elsewhere. Disappointing, because it's not cheap.
