I've been using Skin Medica's TNS Essential Serum for several years on the advice of my dermatologist and when I saw that they had come out with the Rejuvenating Hydrator I had to give it a try. At the age of 64 my skin is getting dryer and I needed something to help combat the aging and wrinkles along with the dryness. This product is working wonderfully! I will continue to use this for day but have purchased SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream for a nighttime moisturizer. The HA5 goes on smoothly and has a silicone finish. It will NOT give you a dewy look but rather a matte finish. I have dry sensitive skin and have not broken out or had any skin irritation. I do notice my skin is moderately hydrated. Also, there is no smell to the product which is nice. Overall, I think the HA5 Hydrator is a good, solid product from SkinMedica, but I don't think it is extraordinary especially for the price. Can't hurt to give a try and see if this works well for you.
