I bought this, and I waited so long. I have been dying to try it I was using another product of it I kept going back to that, and when I finally got it, I guess it had some fragrance. I'm not sure, but it's an amazing product. It just didn't work for me, and I was really torn. What's up? I was looking so forward to keeping it, and I hope the ones that it's working for enjoy. I was so sorry that something had reacted, but I give it 4 stars. It is an excellent product, but it just had something that didn't agree with me. Love LovelySkin

Good product, recommended by my dermatologist. It’s my go-to serum. I stopped for a while and missed it. LovelySkin offers great specials but still expensive. Not crazy about the way it’s packaged. You have to pump two products from the one container then mixing on your hand before applying. Also the container isn’t clear so you don’t know how much is there until it’s gone.

Love the product, hate,hate,hate the packaging. Followed instructions on video, but never get close to equal parts. Dispenser has clogged, stopped working and leaves a great deal of product in bottom which is inaccessible. For the price, this product should be packaged better. Who has time to unclog the dispenser in the morning?

This is a very expensive product that delivers some good results. It improves laxity. I'm not a fan of the packaging, as you tend to lose some product as you get close to the end. Not a fan of the weird fragrance. If SkinMedica improved its packaging and made it fragrance-free, this product would get 5 stars. Hey, nobody and no product is perfect. Give it a try and try to purchase on sale.

I'm not sure about tightening effect, but this serum helps a lot with crepey skin under the eyes before I use this cream my under eye skin was baaad and dry now look so much better.

Great product, poor packaging
I love this serum and what it has done for my skin. SkinMedica recently repackaged this serum and I've had problems with the pump. When you press the pump, two different colored serums dispense (a reddish-orange one and a cream colored one). You are supposed to pump on the back of your hand and blend the two colors/serums together before applying to your face. I've only been able to get the reddish-orange one to dispense about 10% of the time. Therefore, I'm not getting the full effects of the serum. I'm not sure if it's the new packaging or if I received a faulty pump within mine. Otherwise, it is the best serum I've used by far.

I absolutely LOVE this product! My skin looks amazing! It looks more youthful, firmer, brighter and less lines. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is I’ve noticed this..and this is my second bottle...the product does not distribute evenly from both tubes when you pump from it. It’s a little disappointing, and I wish SkinMedica would come up with a better solution. It should distribute evenly and properly 100% of the time every single time I use it for the price they want to charge.

Product is great, container needs to be improved
I have been using this product for the last three years, and it really works. My problem is the way Allergen packages the product. I purchased their newest pumping package at it's high price and only one side will come out most of the time so most of the product is wasted. I think it would be better if they sold each side together but in separate containers so you take one pump each and mix it together. That may help stop you from wasting most of the product.
