A little goes a long way...

I bought this in light\med but despite the fact it looked dark the color was extremely light. I got the sale price and didn't want to pay $6.95 for the exchange so I sold it to a friend. I love how it feels on the skin and it only takes a small dot to cover the whole face. Coverage is buildable as well. It makes your skin feel extremely soft as well and didn't make my skin more oily than it already is.

I wanted to like it...

I was excited to try this foundation but alas, it didn't work for my older skin (64). I originally ordered the Light shade but LovelySkin came to my rescue and allowed me to return it (even though I had opened it) and exchange it for the Lighter than Light. The first time I used it, it went on blotchy, even after using moisturizer and applying with a foundation brush. The second time, I used a gently scrub first but had the same results. This foundation received great reviews, I just wish it had worked for me.

My new favorite!!

I've been looking for a foundation to have as my all time go to and I've tried so many across the entire spectrum of brands and price points. Because I'm a (new) fan of this make up line, I decided to try this as just another 'why not? ' on my makeup journey. I'm not sure that my search is over for my end of journey go to make up but this was completely worth the money and I'll be ordering this again I'm positive. It goes on smoothly, has the softest feel, and stays put without being too thick or having the cakes on look of some make ups with the same coverage. It didn't effect my sensitive skin at all and left my skin feeling much softer after several weeks of exclusive use. I'm not sure why or how but I do know I will definitely keep this around and will reach for it over much more expensive brands.

Absolutely love this foundation!

I am 63 and desperately trying to take good care of my facial skin as it changes and challenges me daily. Finding the right foundation has been one of those challenges. I was skeptical that a matte foundation would look right on my aging skin, a few wrinkles and a lot of discoloration. And, for the first time in my life....pimples! I really thought I had dodged the bullet on pimples after getting thru puberty and my child bearing years without them. Nope! This foundation gives you beautiful flawless coverage without settling into wrinkles or caring on dry areas. Takes very little product to get complete coverage and gives you a finish that looks like you've used a special effects blurring lense in your camera! I used a kabuki brush to apply and blend. Super silky and bendable. And, I swear, has helped my breakouts reduce dramatically.

Happy to find it here at a discounted price! True, it's a tiny container, but a little goes a long way. If you have trouble with it feeling cakey, don't apply too cold, and gently mix with some moisturizer to start. Otherwise, it works great. Full coverage, light finish.
