Have not seen a difference, would rather use another vitamin that has more quality ingrediants. Would not recommend for the price.

Sorry to write that this product has not lived up to the description. There has been no change in my hair, nails, or lashes. I have not missed a day to take the prescribed amount, and will not buy again. It may take a couple of months, but so far not yet.
