I just don’t get it?!
I just don't understand the glowing reviews. Maybe I didn’t use it long enough. I bought the entire skinmedica skincare line and after 7 weeks of daily use I just don’t see much, if any improvement. This is just way overpriced and 1 product I’ll scratch off my reorder list.

I've been using this for over one year (on subscription with LovelySkin) and quite honestly, I don't think it does anything. Have not noticed any difference in my skin, either tone or texture or elasticity. I guess I keep using it hoping it's keeping my face and neck from aging, but I'm not even sure about that either.

Dispensing of product
I have had issues with dispensing the product with the last two bottles. One bottle was replaced but the replacement was the same and by the time you get it to working properly you have gone through several pumps of one side or the other. A bit disappointing.

I was skeptical when I read other reviewer's accounts with the pump. The serum is lovely and I just purchased a second bottle and wanted to auto-subscribe but it was impossible to get the new bottle to dispense any product. I feel like I just spent a lot of money for a bottle of air. I will be returning this bottle for a refund and probable will cancel auto-renew. So sad, because I really liked the serum but I cannot deal with never knowing if the dispenser will work.

It breaks me out and to date, I have noticed any noticeable improvement in terms of skin texture and reducing lines. Like the other customers, I experience the same thing: the pump has stopped dispensing the transparent serum which contains growth factors and I only get the peptide serum.

While the product itself is great and offers noticeable results, the pump, which is a double pump requiring the mixing of two serums, does not always work. Often times one pump offers the serum and the other does not which essentially makes the product useless. Additionally, this is a high cost product so much of the product is wasted.

I wanted to love this. I used to use the TNS essential serum, which worked great but it seems SkinMedica discontinued this. This serum caused serious pilling no matter how little or how much I used, no matter how long I waited between products (I even waited an hour once, still caused pilling when I applied my retin A later.) I will have to go to a different brand since I do love the growth factors in products.

I have used this product for about 9 months. A bit pricey but I can see noticeable results. The dual pump thing is a BAD design and if you are not careful you will use all of the product on one side before the other. I called in to LovelySkin and they gave me some tips on how to make it work. I ended up pulling the top off to get the product out in proportion. I wish they would have 2 separate bottles otherwise you risk wasting your investment in the product. Good product/bad dispensing.

I've used this serum for a couple of years at the recommendation of my skin care specialist. The bottle that I just received leaked a lot of serum out around the top of the bottle. I have had minor issues with the pump before, but this is totally unacceptable! This serum is too expensive to have it wasted due to a faulty pump! Can't justify the price for early 30s skin
After using this morning and night for the 1st month I had it, then nightly until the bottle ran out (it lasted about 4+ months that way which is a huge plus for the price), I sadly have to say this seemed to do nothing drastic for my face. Maybe I still just have youthful skin (i have the finest of expression lines around the mouth that get better or worse depending on my hydration and that's pretty much it). It does make your skin soft, but didn't notice any improvement in texture, firmness or brightness. Maybe in the future I'll give this a try again but for now it's definitely not worth the price.
