IMHO this would really only be useful as a vitamin c supplement. The amount of collagen in this is not even close to what they mentioned in the study on the HUM website associated with this product. Unless you are supplementing it significantly from other sources, you’re not getting the effectiveness of the ideal collagen dose from this alone. Fun for the bubbles and watching tablet dissolve!

With Hum you are mostly paying for cute packaging and marketing - some of the "single note" supplements I can get at a drug store - but this blend is a goodie!!! Can't hurt! But for Straight up Vitamin C? (Like HUM's Air Patrol - I'd skip that one). Try this one if you are an antioxidant junkie like I am!
