I use this in the evening before I apply my Differin/Adapalene gel .3%. It really helps to prevent the dry skin I get around my mouth and nose in the morning when I wake up, due to the topical gel. Works better with a cleansing device
For someone with hyper sensitive skin, I have always loved every IS Clinical product I've used. However I do not love the warming honey cleanser. It does not actually warm up and doesn't do much unless you use a clarisonic or in my case, the Foreo UFO to get it to do anything. There is also a bit of an underlying smell. Once I used it with the Foreo it works much better and has not caused me to have any dry patches or breakouts.

This cleanser is perfect for dry skin as it’s very nourishing and moisturizing with the honey. My biggest recommendation with this is to DOUBLE CLEANSE. If you use an oil cleanser first, you’ll love this as a second cleanser. In my opinion this isn’t the best for taking off makeup so I always double cleanse then let this sit on my face almost like a mask for some self love and self care...the smell is out of this world, and it also has enzymes in it!
