I have had PMLE (sun allergy) for the past 8 years. I only recently got diagnosed with it after my last summer vacation when I broke out. I read about this on Reddit and decided to try it. I am in the sun daily for work anywhere from 1-2 hours or even just driving in the sun for about an hour daily. I take 2 pills just before I think I will be outside or if the sun is hitting my driving arm and I no longer get sunburned. I sometimes forget to put sunscreen on and I still don’t burn.

I have been taking this daily for years. This helps to fade melasma and the antioxidant and sun protection can't hurt. I always wear sunscreen, and I can tell this product helps as well. I noticed the regular version helps more with melasma than the advanced, so I'm sticking with it.

My dermatologist recommended I try Heliocare several years ago due to the redness of my skin. I was the first person whom he recommended it to & wow were we astounded at the outcome! I told only 30-60 days for almost all of my facial redness to diminish. I use it daily ever since and I have no redness from rosacea! I highly recommend this product.
