I am about 1/2 way through the bottle, and it really only takes about a nickel size amount for me since my hair is shoulder length.( I am not a shoulder length person I have always had and wanted long hair!!!) I have for the past two years been suffering GREAT !!! amounts of stress, so my hair STOPPED growing and started just breaking off. so then in addition to no length it was getting THINNER every day. So I started using this product in tandem with the conditioner masque and the breakage has all but stopped. No growing yet but I remain hopeful. My split ends look better not so frizzy. over all for a long time I am saying less "I hate my hair". Best of all my husband said out of the blue, "Your hair is looking thicker" that blew my mind!
