If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase.
If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Send us a quick email or give us a call at 402-697-1100 to get your RMA. (Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.)
At this time, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Reward points are non-refundable for returned items. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving a RMA.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.) Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim. If possible, please take a picture of the box and/or any damages and retain those for any claims. Thank you.
Due to manufacturer specifications, we are unable to accept returns on all Cetaphil, Clarisonic, essie, FOREO LUNA play, Fusion Beauty, ncLA, Senna, Sothys, stila, The Art of Shaving, Zeasorb, Zoya products and JuveRest® Sleep Wrinkle Pillows. We are also unable to accept returns on all fragrances and nail products.
All T3 and TRIA returns must be processed through the manufacturer per warranty instructions.
Any clearance items, discontinued items, final sales items, LovelySkin Gift Certificates, purchased samples, special-order items, or multiple quantity items that require a separate order are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes special orders on discontinued items and any bulk-ordered item purchased in quantities greater than 3.
Unless otherwise noted, any and all electrical device warrantees are void if the device is used outside of the United States. We cannot be responsible for issues related to international voltage use.
If an order is cancelled after it has begun the fulfillment process, it will be subject to a $15.00 fee for USPS shipments and a $15 fee for UPS shipments.
International orders cannot be canceled. Refused international orders will be assessed the full shipping costs and a $30 handling fee.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
If you return a product, any rewards points earned on the purchase of that product will be deducted from your account.
Subject to our normal return policy (see above), holiday gifts purchased between November 24, 2016 and December 14, 2016 may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment minus shipping costs until January 15, 2017. Gifts purchased after December 14, 2016 will be subject to our regular 30-day return policy. Rewards points are non-refundable for returned items. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
