General Shipping Information

Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day after placing your order. However, UPS Next Day Air orders placed before 2:00 pm CST on a UPS business day will be sent out the day it is received. Please note that any package that is abnormally large or heavy may incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted as soon as possible with shipping options.

DHL Global Mail and USPS (United States Postal Service)
The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages Monday-Saturday. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates. Tracking will be available through the USPS website or through the DHL website depending on which carrier is used.

UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS delivers packages Monday-Friday and will not deliver on Saturdays. This should be taken into consideration when estimating your delivery dates. For example, a next day air package which is shipped out on a Friday will not arrive at its destination until Monday. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.A. and territories)

Standard Shipping is FREE to the United States. Your package will be shipped via DHL, UPS or USPS. Your package will usually arrive in 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

UPS Ground packages will be received in 3-5 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package. You can also track your package by clicking on My LovelySkin and viewing your order history details. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

UPS 3 Day Select is a great option to ship your package to guarantee arrival in 3 business days and may even arrive in 2 business days. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

To guarantee your shipment in 2 business days, you can choose the UPS 2 Day Air option. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

UPS Next Day Air orders will be shipped same day if received before 2:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. If received after 2:00pm CST or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received the business day after that. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Canada Shipping

All Canada orders have a flat shipping rate of $30. LovelySkin.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package.
