Jan Marini Skin Research Bioclear Face Cream targets both adult acne and signs of aging with glycolic, azelaic and salicylic acids.

This multipurpose treatment cream combines several alpha hydroxy acids to encourage the renewal of cells and improve skin tone and texture. This cream fades the appearance of common concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles and discoloration while hydrating the complexion. Also clarifying, this formula also treats adult acne to remove blemishes, whiteheads and blackheads.

So far great!

I suffer from adult acne and my T zone area seems to have bumps that never really get to a head for extraction. I was using a different serum for this at 3x the price and seemed to help but ran across this product when I went to re-order the other. I like this better. Can't get past the smell

I am a huge fan of Jan Marini products in general, but this one smells like pure mildew. Even after I put it on my skin, that's all I can smell. The Bio clear lotion works well and has very little, if any, odor so I prefer that one. Maybe it's just a bad batch, but I won't be wasting my money to try it again.

Not sure if I like

First off, this stuff STINKS. I usually use a different cream by this brand but I was looking to save some money and failed big time. The smell is horrible and it doesn't absorb well into the skin so you feel a little greasy all day. Will not be repurchasing.
