It is also designed to help improve elasticity in dry, damaged skin.
CSL® C+E Antioxidant has a potent, synergistic antioxidant formula of 15% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 1% vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) that is delivered to the skin at a pH level of 3.0-3.5 for optimum penetration.
