It doesnt seem to "plump" my lips, but it is a decent primer for lipstick.

This lip primer feels good going on - almost like a lip balm. Make sure you wait a bit before applying lipstick over the top of it. It creates a smoother, longer lasting finish for my lipstick. However, it did not plump my lips as advertised. It always annoys me when a product makes unfounded claims. That is why I am only giving it 3 stars.
