Although it took over 2 weeks to completely calm my red, irritated cheeks down, this soothing cream was central to healing. Not greasy, but it goes on a little 'wet' looking. Soaks in after a couple of minutes. I can put sunscreen/makeup over it without any issues. No discernable fragrance. I already have a second tube on-hand, just so I don't run out. Will repurchase.

Avene is one of the only brands that doesn't irritate my skin. I bought this one hoping it wouldn't bother my workout acne, and it's good for that. But, my skin feels dry after using it, and it doesn't soothe my skin's redness. I'll keep using it for workouts, but not for work.
