Great with or without foundation
I got this product as a sample from Lovely Skin and went on to purchase the full-sized product–first time I have ever done that. I have recurring melasma that still appears despite at-home and in-office treatments. I found this product to really "take the edge" off of my discoloration. I would generally wear it alone, but it makes a great primer for foundation when going for a more made-up look. It is definitely pricey, but you don't need much product to get a good result, especially when used in tandem with tinted moisturizer or foundation.

I have very fair skin, and at first, I was concerned that this product was too yellow for me. I also goes on pretty thick. But it's silky and slides pretty nicely. I applied my foundation over it, and the whole thing looked a bit cakey. After an hour or so, it all melted into my skin and looked flawless all day! I just couldn't even believe it. Great product!

Granted, this product is a bit pricey, but when you have dry, sensitive and mature skin like me, it is totally worth it, especially for this time of year. I initially received a sample of this in one of my orders and was scared off when I first felt the consistency which is kind of like a silicone primer. My skin usually doesn't do well with those (I end up with blackheads and clogged pores) but this product caused no issues whatsoever. And while I was also a bit skeptical about the color (I was worried it would be too dark for my fair skin), it ended up blending in really nicely. So, end result: a super smooth and natural glow that did not result in any unwanted skin issues, and more importantly for me in the winter time, no clinging to dry patches! Not sure how it will wear in the summer, but for now, it's perfect.
