I have normal to dry skin, early 40s, this was just the right amount of coverage, didn’t sink into my fine lines and lasted all day. It went on smooth and hardly feels like you’re wearing anything. Even bought one for my mom and she loved it too.

this is a nicely textured sunscreen, moist feeling but with an almost matte finish. It applies smoothly and evenly. It does have an odd chemical scent that disappears right away. I found the color medium a bit too dark and warm for my light olive complexion, remedied by adding a bit of white sunscreen to it.

I love this mineral foundation and its sun protection. The texture is light and smooth over a cleansed lightly moisturized face. It lasts all day and doesn’t look or feel caked on. My only qualm is that color science narrowed their tint shades down to four options. So for my medium olive skin tone I have to buy both their “medium” tint and purchase the “tan” tint as well, mix it in my hand, to get my perfect match. That can be pricey. I wish they had kept their previous range of tint choices.

Sun Protection That Acts Like Makeup
After losing a friend to Melanoma, I have made sun protection a priority. I will not do summer without great sun protection products. Colorscience products are actually great makeup and skincare products with the added bonus of sun protection: non-greasy, hydrating, and easy to put your makeup on over. My skin absorbs this one like a dream. I just wish I would have chosen a the tan over the medium tint as it seems to wash me out a bit.
