SAFE FOR SCALP
I hoped for a soft bristle that would massage my scalp. While it does feel good, I found it too heavy and bulky for my arthritic hands.

I purchased this brush to increase circulation in my scalp and slow down the hair loss I'm currently experiencing. The silicone cones are pointed enough to massage but not hurt the scalp or tangle the hair. It has a handle that makes using it easy. However, I quit using it as it seemed it caused more hair to fall out--I'm sure it was the agitation used on wet, already sensitive hair. But if you just want a clean scalp and alleviate product buildup, this works great.

The bristles are pretty firm. If you have thin/ fine hair you need to be gentle or else you can create a lot of tangles. It does feel nice but I probably wouldn't buy this unless it was on sale.

The handle is very comfortable and easy to grip. The bristles are not to harsh, feels good on the head. I'm not sure how effective it is at removing build-up - probably helps remove an extra 15%.
