Not a miracle eye cream

I had read up on the product, though I missed the last ingredient listed, vitamin A or more commonly known as retinol. This is the one ingredient that I can’t use more than once or twice before my skin drys out causing the very reason that I bought it was to improve my eyes & there is an oil listed for moisture. I see no way to return this product. I would love to have something to improve aging eyes that moisturizes and lifts without draw backs like retinol. I would love to be able to exchange for anything that would fit the bill.
