Good basic eye gel
If you're looking for miracles, keep looking. However, if you are looking for a good, basic, moisturizing eye gel, look no further. It has a translucent appearance, a thick yet smooth consistency, no discernable scent and doesn't irritate or cause any bumps, red or milia. It helps with fine lines, but has just a small effect on puffiness. I have used this for about 3-4 weeks, but only for daytime. It does not seem strong enough to have much effect on overnight/sinus puffiness. Since I put no makeup on over it, I can't address any pilling, etc. However, I have used a bit of concealer and have had no issues. All in all I will likely repurchase.

This is a nice refreshing gel eye cream that helps with puffiness. It has caffeine in it so it does do the trick nicely. Tip: I like to apply it halfway thru my day over my makeup, concealer and it wakes up the eye are and doesn't pill.
