I break out in the T Zone around nose and spread a little at night when needed. Received a small sample buying another product. Knew Sulfur will kill most bacteria. I tried this based solely on the brand name and reviews . For reference, I am 50, combo skin , cystic acne since my teens that has been under control until recently. After yet another onslaught of acne, I tried this. It really has helped so much. For me, it did not work over night but it halted all the new blemishes and then slowly (3-4 days?) reversed the existing ones as well. I've spot treated with another sulfur product in the past and found it drying yet I can spread a thin layer of this under moisturizer and it did not harm the skin barrier in any way. I recently got shingles, which covered my scalp, left side of forehead and eye. As it cleared up, I was left with some pitted scars, scabs and skin discoloration. I put a quality and expensive cream on the area and instead of helping my skin wound up with clogged pores and angry red acne filled bumps. After reading reviews I decided to give the deep acne liquid patch a try. At first I used it both morning and night, but am now just using at night. My acne has all cleared up, the angry red lumps have disappeared and my forehead has some resemblance to how it looked before.
