I am at the age when I bruise I get those ugly reddish bruises. When I hit myself, if at home I grab my dermend right away and it helps keep it from getting bad. If I get a bruise without realizing I did something to cause it (which frequently happens) then I apply the cream 3 or 4 times a day.
