This is a great quality mask. I've been using for about a month and genuinely enjoy my nightly ritual. I never really bother with the strap, so I took it off. I just put it on and lay down for three minutes, it's a perfect time to relax. Most importantly, the results were noticeable almost immediately. This has made more of an impact on my skin than any of my favorite products! I can't speak for the longevity of the product, since I've only had it a month but, so far, I am very happy.

I had this mask for about 2 years before I finally gave out on me due to using the wrong charger for it..I purchased the theraface mask due to all the hype about it and ended up re purchasing this mask due to not seeing as dramatic results with the theraface mask. I was trying to decide which light mask to purchase and this one was recommended by the esthetician at my last facial, so I bit the bullet and purchased it. So far so good. I've only had it for a few weeks and am trying to use it regularly each evening. My only question is how long should it be used? I've read online you should allow 15-20 minute sessions, but this has an auto shut off at 3 minutes! So, I've been turning it back on several times each session. I do agree with some of the other reviews the strap slips very easily and is a pain, but the mask itself is high quality and when you can get the strap tight, it fits your face very well. Time will tell as far as results go!
