Absolutely love the convenience of the stick. EltaMD is my go-to sunscreen that I can confidently wear in searing FL sun. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the heavier waxy texture (which obviously is required for stick) isn't always my fav. That said, the stick does the job very well in the appropriate on-the-go situations or when I need it on my face but don't want to use my hands. Bonus: it does not clog my pores or cake up. I try to carry it with me as much as possible.

Was super excited to try this, as I had seen a number of “Instagram skin guru gals” review and rave about this. For me it was WAY too sticky and tacky, and definitely left a white cast (which I know is pretty much par for the course with mineral spf). I have majorly problematic skin and chemical spf is very irritating for me. I’ve basically tried every mineral spf there is and do love other elta MD spf products. This was a no for me. I don’t see how someone could wear makeup over this or even just leave it on a bare face, it was so sticky and thick and made me look like a ghost.

This is very convenient to carry in a purse. The 50 is great. However it rolls on leaving my skin white. It does look ok after a while but am hesitant to put on when I’m out and about.

It is quite small, and that shocked me for a minute. The application was easy. For use on the face, I'd suggest gliding it outward towards your ear. I am quite dark-skinned so there was some white cast, nothing ghostly though. This doesn't bother me because I use it under makeup and it applies like a primer. It is quite sticky, so if you don't like the feeling on your face, I'd skip this one. Gave it four stars because I like mineral sunscreens and this one is great for the no-mess reapplication, but the size is ridiculous.
